Trying to visualize how this works. It appears the "3" screws hold the action in place, but if that's there then does it cover where the "5" screw goes? And do you have to remove the Grip mount (trigger guard) anytime you want your barreled action back out for maintenance or changing a trigger group?

Screws #3 (Action screws) can be loosened without removing the grip mount so you can easily take the action out of the chassis. The grip mount is attached before you install the action into the chassis and doesn't need to be removed after it's installed. It's quite slick.

We'll do up an assembly video this week. It will be 30s long... It's really simple.
 
I know this has been asked before but I don’t recall seeing an answer, what is the biggest OD barrel you can fit in the chassis?
 
the trigger guard probably has a hex key clearance hole that is smaller then the head of the bolt that sits "beneath" it. 4+5 then lock the gaurd to the chassis.

The only way that it could be better if it fit my Anschutz 1710! ;)
