I brought in a single shot gun from the US a couple of months ago. Bought it at an auction and used an importer to bring it into Canada. Cost about $500-$600 shipped to my door. It took just over 3 weeks to get it---think I was lucky as it can take much longer.

Anyone make a purchase in the recent auction? I won one, for what I think is a good price, factoring in my educated guesses on additional import costs. If anyone else is importing, happy to work together on logistics.
I chickened out. too many unknowns for me.

Sorry which was the WG? Can't thing of what that might stand for, maybe not enough coffee yet this morning. I won the Francotte 28ga...working out whether it will be best to import via CSC or Wolverine. Lots of variables...might be best if I can pick up one or two more in the sealed bid.
