Well Mr Spank…based on your long standing history and experience with all things going boom boom ‘I nominate you’ to be grandfathered into our exclusive 28g club with full privileges. Any seconders ??

I do not currently have a picture hosting service but may try to post some later. I was fortunate to find the gun unfired since it left the Custom Shop 40 odd years ago. I have shot a few rounds of clays and my scores are equal to my 12 gauge results.

Second,but he should really have another 28 gauge.People might begin to think he is a bit odd,by not having at least one 28 gauge.:)

The last time I shot a 28ga was in a 4 gun gun skeet event in 2004 or 2005? It was a Rem 3200 with Kolar tubes a young fellow shared with me on the squad we were on. For a gun I had never shot I did pretty good shooting a 97x100 with the 28 tubes, 99 with the 20 tubes and 96 with the 410 tubes. Prior to that the last time I shot the 101 -28 was back in 1991 when I swatted a bunch of grouse with it on an old logging road. I just always grab the 12ga or the 20ga...what can I say?

Nice shooting.As for you saying, you always grab the 12 ga or the 20 ga,,I am beginning to think that perhaps you are a bit odd.LOL :)Don't really mean it,but had to say it any way.:)

I'll second Spank and also submit my application to the exclusive Club 28.
I shot competition skeet for a number of years and always enjoyed the 28 gauge---can bust targets very nicely without the recoil of a 12 or 20 gauge. Recently had the opportunity to purchase a 28 ga Perazzi and couldn't say no ---a tad over 7 lbs, 29" barrels and screw chokes---can't get much better.

Gorgeous Perazzi !! I had one built by Giacomo in Rome, New York State years ago in 20 gauge. Then my son bought a 28 gauge Perazzi, fixed chokes which he sold me and then a year later bought it back!! …now it’s back on the market because he’s got his eye on something else. He too is a gunslut. lol…. Perazzi shotguns swing like they are ‘alive in your hands’ Krieghoffs are like clubs by comparison. I have a few of each. My humble opinion.

I think Cow Town Bill qualifies as a director on this newly forming 28 Gauge Club.

I remember the gun indeed from many years ago. Handles as well as any Model 21 I've ever shot and that is quite a few.

Thanks Mr Bill. Not only do we have the same name but also share our love of fine guns especially in 28 gauge.
