Federal Premium 38 Special Wadcutters

Came across some Federal Premium 38 special 148 grain wadcutters today. Unfortunately I don't have anything to feed them into, so I'm wondering what should I be asking for them? I see Sellier & Bellot goes for about $44 a box, but I can't find anything available for the Federals. Do they bring a premium due to lack of availability?

While I'm here, old tins of Hodgson 4831. What's the going rate for them? And I might as well ask ab out CIL 8 1/2 magnum primers. Are they sought after? TIA.

I've been paying $25 a box for Winchester and Federal 38 spl wadcutters at gun shows across 3 provinces including some this year. That probably translates to people asking $85 on gunp0st and $44 in store. Old powder opened or sealed? Does it smell funny or have rust flecks? List for 65% of retail or be prepared to sit on it for a while. CIL 8 1/2 bring no premium. If you send all your stuff to auction people will pay 200% of real value so that's always an option in the big 26.
