Able to get PVS-7B tube?

Yes we can get the tube for the PVS-7, however for the cost, you are almost always better served by moving to something more modern like a PVS-14. The tube is the lions share of the cost compared to housing and lenses and 7's are dated and quite heavy for what they offer.
Just wondering if you are able to obtain (and sell) an intensifier tube for a PVS-7 bino? Prefer green but will take white.

I have a 14 and a 7. My 7 needs a tube therefore I was hoping to find availability and price for a 7 tube supporting a Canadian business without a lot of hassle.

Wellllll, been about a month and I still don't know if your company can sell me a MX-10130 / F9810 or equivalent tube, and at what price.
It's easy, I would like to spend a bunch of money at your business. I would like a green tube, min. 64 lp/mm, 1800 FOM tube. S/N min 25.

Can you do it?

Or if you guys don't need the business, would you do the right thing and advise me where or who can assist?

Perhaps check your email as pricing was sent to you on September 1st and we've received no reply from you since then.

In that email we also explained that tube selection is extremely limited as very few tubes of that format are still being made.

I received that email, but it wasn't for what I was hoping to purchase.
Thanks for the reply and thanks for trying. I appreciate the issue of hard to find items.

Hello

I double checked and the pricing I provided was for Green as you specified, however I accidentally typed white as that is what most people request. Apologies for the confusion. Let me know via email if there is anything else you need as I don't personally check CGN often.

I trust AI over a sketchy company. As it’s stated ITAR is an American issue.
canada has reciprocal legislation. you may wanna look before saying they are sketchy.

https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/d-1/

ITAR is US law, but the product cannot ship to canada without an export permit from the US Dept of State which will not be issued unless there is an international import certificate issued by our government office. they will not issue an IIC unless there is a qualified end user (military/LE).

you may wanna look before saying they are sketchy. NO company in their right mind will lie to get the required permits just so a dude on CGN can buy it. If they are found out and any principle of that company tried to vacation in the USA, they will be arrested and can face serious jail time and fines.

“Omni 6 and Omni 8 are US Gen 3, ITAR controlled and not legally permitted to be possessed, bought or sold privately in Canada under the Defense Production Act.”

That’s what as said. It is legal for an individual to possess and buy.

They are sketchy. That’s like this whole post. They would not get back to the guy and then they give him pricing for the wrong product.

regular police have authority to enforce, but as we know - gun laws are convoluted and defence and controlled goods is even more. RCMP would deal with this, but by volume, it is impossible for them to deal with it unless they get a "lead" to follow up on. There is nothing in the criminal code that prohibits it.
