Is anyone else 3D printing stuff for their reloading bench?

Has anyone been on the McMaster Carr website for parts before? They quite literally have almost everything, their site is layed out perfectly as well.

The biggest, and one of the best features of their website is, that for every single part you can download, simple blueprints, autocad, solid works, ect, files, for everything on their site.

So if you have an expensive part you want to make sure is correct you can literally 3d print that part, or if it can be made out of plastic, or whatever your printer uses, you can just 3D print it.

I've had my son printing parts on and off when I need things.

From loading trays, to small trays to hold bullets instead of reaching into the boxes they come in.

Tray for holding my neck tension die and inserts.

10/22 boxes that I added magnets to so the lid is held on without moving with magnets. Holds 100 rounds.

Funnel adapters for calibers like the 44 mag, 45-70, or other straight walls I load for, the ones that do not have any funnel adapters for.

Adapters for a drop tube. Attaches to the funnel quickly, and I can use the funnel inserts on the drop tube adapter to sit on the brass I'm needing it for. Used an alum primer tube from a primer loader. Forget the brand, but it is about 14" tall.

Single feed sleds for the bolt actions when working on the bench. Don't need to load the magazine always. Drop in a round and run the bolt.

Printed a powder shield for the FX scale, so if and when I get a few jumping grains they are not landing on the scale.

Ran some adapters so I can mount a barrel heat shield on the bench rifle and keep the mirage off the scope field of view.

Some pack adapters for the rifle sling. Clips on the pack should strap and keeps the rifle sling from sliding off the should without having to hold it. This one is real sweet.

He has printed bear spray tab inserts, as everyone seems to lose those. The ones that you have to slide off to activate the spray.

This is very common in the industrial supply world now. All of the common suppliers I deal with have drawings and solid models of their wares, which is super handy for adding into assembly models and the like.

Got some pictures and/or details of this? It is one of my biggest annoyances when carrying a slung rifle with a day pack on as well.

Something very similar to this one:

I’vre printed a bunch of things like a trimmings catcher for my rcbs matchmaster trimmer. I don’t have a picture of it for some reason.

This tray for putting all of your hornady comparators in. I have to have another go at it though. It’s kind of big for my printer and it was lifting on the edges as it was printing.

And there wasn’t anything available for a reloading tray for the rebated rim of the 7saum so I made one of those too. That was my first attempt at a design from scratch. (You can see the trimming catcher in the background)IMG_7069.jpeg

This is an ongoing project on the Cast Boolits forum in the special projects section.
This is not my design.
There are 3 different sized collators that can be printed.
It can deliver the bullets either nose up or nose down depending on what you intend to do with them.
I use nose down for my lube sizer and nose up for my press.
