I need some help.
I got Mauser C96 Broomhandle recently and I tried it in range yesterday. The grouping is about 4.5 in to the left and 4.5 in up. Could it be because of the barrel?
The rifling in the barrel are not that strong and I use military ammo. Is there anything I can do to be able to shoot more accurately?

You don't mention the range at which you were shooting. You should be able to shift the front right to the left a bit, that will move the group to the right. A higher front sight would bring the group lower, assuming that the rear sight is bottomed out and there is no adjustment available.
Do no permanent alterations to the pistol.

As an old C96 user, I'd suggest first that you determine the range at which you're shooting. Seven yards means a lot more than two hundred yards. But most likely the problem is either with your grip or the sights. The gun is pretty awkward to habndle. If you can sandbag the gun and touch it off so that your grip isn't influencing the bullet flight, you might find the problem. If you can play with the sight ladder to move it a little bit (don't bend it), you might find your groups are closer to center. On the other hand, if you're shooting at two hundred yards, you're doing pretty well as it is. Despite the indexing on the sights, they're really not much good beyond fifty to one hundred yards, even though the bullet will certainly travel farther.

Sight rail

Check the rear sight rail for slop - shim if necessary - if no slop you can grind one side away to move the sight sideways. For elevation file or add to the front sight. Personally I wouldnt butcher a broomhandle - just experiment with different loads until you find one that is close to point of aim

Wow. I'm just mildly happy that my Broomhandle goes "bang" when I pull the trigger and it's still in one piece. My "group" is about in a 2ft radius at 20 yd.

When you say military ammo, is it a 7.63mm or a 9mm? If you're shooting Combloc surplus 7.62mm intended for a Tokarev in it, that's really not considered a good idea. Pressure's a little on the high side for an old gun. Also, have you replaced the springs in it? Similarly a good idea.

I've only ever shot Fiocci 7.63mm Mauser ammo in mine, and that's after putting in a new set of Wolff springs.

I mostly run my own reloads through it. (Club I'm at is a 'No FMJ' kind of place.) When I got to an outdoor event, I'll sometimes go through some old Kynoch, Western or Portugese stuff that I've acquired occassionally. No, I don't put any of the Commie 7.62x25 mm stuff NEAR my old Mauser!
