Nosler 2nds

I'm not sure if they still have them but Russell Sports used to carry Nosler seconds, they were in plastic bags.

YES THEY DO

Got my shipment of Nolser Accubonds (30 cal.180gr.) with orange tips and cannelure groove in early March. Should of had them by 3 week in Feb, but I got an email from them stating what happened with the delay asd they were updating their export permit. For the price, couldnt go wrong. For the people that may argue, I DO MOST of my shopping locally supporting local dealers.

I too got an order in early March, but I understand the the US state Deopt. has changed the ruling back so that they cannot export bullets or brass with out us having documentation to import products from the US. I hear that getting the proper paper work is easy enough to do, never tried myself. FS

You are correct, I received an order in april . They will no longer ship without permits

When I order mine from Reloading Seconds, the new rule being applied was "Under $100.00". I used a drop box in Sumas. In fact there was an order from Cabellas that I had not received notice of yet, and everything went accros the border with "Have a Nice Day".
