Quality hammerless coach gun with non-auto safety and double triggers?

Why the non auto safety?

Stoeger makes a great coachgun, but if I remember right, it has an auto safety. (You probably could have this feature taken out by a gunsmith.)

Yup, familiar with the Stoeger, and auto-safeties are an enormous pet peeve of mine, it frustrates the heck out of me ever time I open the action and the gun "safes" itself.
