Bought powder at LeBaron and got carded

When I bought powder at Lawry several months ago the woman asked me for my PAL and DL:mad:. I was pissed and even tried to tell her that it's not required (se said it was the law  ). If it wasn't for the 1h drive and the fact that I looked for that powder for over a year I would've walked out...

The only law is to not sell to people under 18.

Recording info on who you sold to is for Licensed Sellers only.
IE. Bigger stores that have Magazines and more than 12 kg on site at any given time and in containers no larger than 500 grams (1 lb)

Personally I am required to record all sales as they are internet based and I have to provide proof I sold to over 18.

Close enough ;) I remembered how it sounded, not how it was spelt.

It is Kolya btw, I assumed you know who I was

The two gals working al Lawry's are not too bright when it comes to counter service... they likely don't know anything about powders, primers etc... they go by stock numbers...
They've asked me for my PAL in the past.. I've said no and they say "okay" and write up my bill I pay and leave.... No problem.
