I had one of the Charter Arms ones when they were new, it was pretty good. This past winter, My wife got one of the Ducks Unlimited editions of the Henry. Frankly I was surprised at how accurate it was. We're both pretty happy.
Be aware that you will have to run 1-200 rounds through it before it really gets reliable. That first couple of mags were a lot of "bang-click" type action.
The last time we took it shooting it was flawless for me.
And like any new gun, I think it's a really good idea to give it a good cleaning before you shoot it.
