RPAL course

Try ohep.net.

Just pick the city you want and a list of instructors will pop up with the courses they teach. Not all instructors will advertise an upcoming course, so it is best to call them.

Also try fseso.org.

If you already have the PAL, read the book and challenge the test. The only other thing you need to do is handle the three different types of handgun actions so you are experienced at performing the PROVE.

You also have to know transportation rules.
You need an A.T.T. (Authorization To Transport)
You can only take the gun to specific places under the A.T.T.
You need to know transportation rules. - Gun(s) have a trigger lock ( or cable lock through the action) and in a locked opague case (or double locked in some way)
You need to know the home storage laws - Guns are double locked ( ie trigger lock and in case or locked cabinet. Once again double locked and out of sight.
You also need to know that disabling the restricted gun will NOT allow transport with out an A.T.T. (removing the barrel, firing pin, slide, or cylinder)

Other than the action type "Prove" is the same...

Which is all in the book

If you've never spent any time around handguns I wouldn't recommend challenging the test. You'll be much better off taking the course in the end.
