loads for tower flintlock?

I just gut a tower flintlock and would like to know about shooting it. I was told it is a army model and its .68 cal. If anyone has any info on using one of these let me know. Will post pics soon. Thanks.

The traditional method was to put the ball into the palm of your cupped hand. Then just cover the ball with FFg powder. That was the optimum amount for your smokepole I use about 70gr of FFg in my replica Brown Bess if that gives you some idea. I think it's .70cal IIRC.
