Sorry, I didn't scroll the page over far enough to see that.

That prohibited ruling is not recent - that's the result of the initial SHOT show handling of a prototype. I believe a REAL sample has been re-submitted for evaluation, and will hopefully be non-restricted.

That's the hope, but whether or not that becomes reality remains to be seen.

No I am saying you can argue and win, that has happened before. Make sure you go in prepared. Have a letter from the factory stating it looks like, but is not a variant is a good start.
