Scope Repair

For fixing the knobs on your scope I recommend contacting wheaty (CGN member). He did up my scope and I was extremely pleased, plus he lives here in Ontario.

Nope.

This one has a lot of instructional stickers on it and dated 1968. Other than that, it's as per normal.

I've never seen a live round, so I don't know what colour they would be. This round is US "Inert EOD" marked.

Hmm. Well, what can I say, it's been a long time since M72 familiarization training. I've never seen a live round either, so I can't help you - if I had to guess I'd say OD green with yellow lettering.

It's probably pretty hard to examine the live rounds as they're flying downrange in a big blast...

The Live rounds have a brownish metal where the red pant is on the dummy round. The M72 is the orginal first production run of the things LOL

She's a beauty
She has a new layer of linnseed now.
I'll give her a few days to dry, layer on another coat and then polish to a sheen

Then I'll post more pics for you.
She has a mint Danish VAR barrel which apparently meets or exceeds National Match specifications.

I love this rifle.

Picked up a 21 Thompson submachine gun Serial 10### to go along with my 28.

Came with 3x20 round, 1x18 round (foe shot shells) and a 50 round drum, along with an FBI box (repo) and parts. Will add picks when I have it.

You're going to give that wood a "polished sheen"

For the love of man, and all that is holy, DON'T!!

Originals on left, my repros on right. Next batch, I'll have to space them a little closer on the strip.
