As much as I like the wildcats, the 6 PPC might be a little too obscure for me (ain't that a BR calibre?)...
How do you find the accuracy on the Ruger?
Again I ask, why not a .243. It's the most overlooked varmint calibre in my opinion. It spits 55 grain bullets at over 4,000 fps and can handle bigger bullets than the rest if you decide to use it for wolves, deer and such. I know, it's old and not overly ###y but it makes a great coyote gun....quite possibly the best!
Im no expert but very accurate with a bipod. There isnt enough gophers on the earth so the heavy barrel is nice to shoot for hours. I would go with the .220 or the .204. With 40 or so grains they dance in the air like a trout. A lil .17 HMR is fun as well

Well, I do have a 25-06, so the double-as-a-deer-gun idea is already fulfilled

There are lotsa choices in a varmint caliber, for sure. Most all of them do their job very well, and have their own strong points.
Not to take anything away from either of the .22-250 or the .220 Swift (I have the former and will probably make room in the safe for the latter, eventually), but they burn considerably more powder than the .204 to achieve what are relatively the same results. I like the .204 because its impressive performance comes with a smaller bullet, less powder, less recoil (virtually nil, actually), less noise, and less throat erosion (i.e. barrel burning). Gotta like it.
