It appears to be just a hunting caliber AR, and because its is still an AR it would still be restricted IMHO.

Were we looking at the same gun? because I saw an Ar10 lower...on an AR10 upper.

You can always dream.
The same company owns Remington and Bushmaster. Remington badge, Bushmaster made.
There is also a .223 version. It is restricted.
All the current versions of the AR-10 are restricted.
Do you think there is any likelihood that this version won't be restricted as well?

Just have to wait for the XCR-M when if comes out if you want a black rifle that can be used for hunting. I wonder what calibers it will be other than 308. 22-250, 243, 7mm-08?
