Marbles Gamegetter prohib'd?

Here I was patiently waiting, (ALL WINTER), for my Restricted Acquisition to arrive so that I could buy a collection of handguns. Then today, the guy tells me that his collection is minus 1 because the QPP showed up and took his Marbles Gamegetter 410/22, stating it was a prohib.... and it had a 14" barrel!

Anyone know if this is true?

Jeff, get that looked into, all the Gamegetters I'm seeing listed (Epps, Simpsons) are listed as restricted weapons, not prohibs. I'd have him call CFO and ask someone there.
 
The gamegetter comes in three barrel lenghts 305mm, 381mm and 457mm.

It also comes in a variety of calibers. Some are prohibited others are restricted.

The prohibited ones are all three barrel lenghts in 22LR/25-20 Win and in 22LR/32-20 Win (note: Handguns in 25 and 32 cal are prohib)

The restricted ones are all three barrel lenghts in 22LR/38 spl, 22LR/38-40 Win, 22LR/410 gauge, 22LR/44-40 Shot and 22LR/44

Go see a verifier..................

Re my last post, your post was not up when I posted mine, This is not what I was referring to , it was the 1st post . I guess I have Psss people off , Sorry

Thanks guys.
I called a verifier at the CFC and according to them it should have been 'restricted', and told me to look into it further.
Unfortunately, the seller told me that 2 days after the QPP picked up the gun, he saw it displayed on the TV news with all the other 'threats to society'..... it's probably just a piece of a Hyundai transmission now!!
 
I see some has a real nice gamegetter listed in the e.e section, heck of
a good price- that is what I want for my not so good one:p

I think power must fry what little brain they have, though I must admit that
I know a couple good ones.
After reading my last post, I need a proof reader( or I could do it myself)
