I would think that since you cannot see, that your hearing perception is better than most, which would make you quite helpful if you were in a deer hunting stand with a friend.
I once went canoe camping with a guy who was totally blind, and he carried the canoe on his shoulders through the woods when we had to portage through the mountains and all I can say is I was nothing but impressed with the confidence this guy had.
I know in Quebec we have special draws for doe tags for mobility impaired hunters, but never actually heard of anyone being blind hunting and pulling the trigger. I wish you best of luck in getting the chance to go out and try. If anything, go spend a few days with a friend hunting in a stand with him.
