Where's the best place to get original or repro PU scopes for both Mosin and SVT?

I've heard the most about them, but other people say you can save some cash on ebay if you play your cards right.... or get burned.

Accumounts is another sight I've come across, but don't know much about them. http://www.accumounts.com/ - They have interesting stuff, but pricey.

Got a Kalinka PU coming. Accumounts has the proper style SVT PU but now says he cannot export without an export license as of this past Tues.
