Wow, four variants! I got four buddies into shooting sports, they are going for their PAL/RPALS this month, wonder what their first guns are gonna be (they love the VZ)

Just confirmed, I called Marstar,

They will be getting about 1oo each of the following:

VZ shorty (Krinkov style)
VZ restricted like they have now
VZ non restricted
and one with updated style furniture


I put my name on the list for the shorty and the non restricted model, so nows the time to secure one, as they sell fast.

I am getting sick of waiting for the SKS. If I get really sick of waiting I'll cancel. Then of course I'll have to loose the scout mount. Looks like 600 bucks gets you VZ. Are these rifles good shooters?

the 58L has a chrome barrel, the 858 doesn't.

corrosive ammo is still no good for it as the gas assy is not chrome lined....

i would be interested in the "L" and the updated style funiture (what ever it may be).
