Anyone looking for a fabled P7, as long as you don't mind the heel release, Al Simmons has a couple in stock (refurbs).

I dropped by and looked at a few things.

Since Dave is gone... it was quite pleasant.

Dave's a truck driver now. If it's on time - it's a Fluke. Dan is there part time. When did they get the P7's in? I was there about 2 weeks ago and there was nothing new. Price?

How much did they want. knowing that shop probaly $2000

Al, Paulette and Tim treat the regulars fairly and have always been good with me.
I recall a few times when Dave tried to screw me over and Al piped up "we can do better then that for hical".
I`m speeeccciiiialllll.:p:p:p
Seriously though I am special. No seriously if you check around they are usually pretty fairly priced.
Did I mention I`m special?:D

^Yeah, they wanted $100 more than Shooters Choice on a $600 Remington I was looking for...

Also once they overcharged me on shipping (wasn't a lot -$10 more than quoted) but when I simply asked why, I was told that nobody ever questioned them on shipping charges and that I should buy somewhere else next time - talk about customer service  ....and it wasn't Dave whoever that is.

You're right, it couldn't have been Dave. He would have shipped you a Glock.

One day a friend was looking at handguns. Dave showed him the Glocks... then refused to show him any other guns. After a loud "show in the damn guns" from the manager... Dave grudgingly did so.

As for the rest of it, D aside, I've always had great service there - prices are what they are for an urban gun store.

Sometimes you can get a deal there, I picked up a very lightly used S&W K17 for 300 bucks. On the other hand I have seen some pretty rediculous prices there also.
