I have a 12 gauge and a 20 gauge over and under in Charles Daly Miruko and an trying to find out what the value of these shotguns would be.Both are in excellent condition.I think that the were bought in the 1970s. Thanks any info pertaining to these guns is appreciated.:shotgun::shotgun:

What grade? blue recievers 2 3/4" condition?
etc etc. These are the same as winchester101's
without the winchester name on them.
I don't have my blue book handy I would \
think if standard field models no screw in chokes,
which they won't have is '70's 650.oo- 900.oo
Condition make a huge difference in price and
also location as this is goose country ,so everone
wants 3-3 1/2"

Miroku made guns for many companies including both Winchester and Browning and very simnilar in most ways to the Charles Daly. Blue Book on Miroku Charles Daly for light engraved field guns in excellent condition put them at the $800.00 bracket with a small premium on the 20 gauge model.

Closer to Browning Citoris than the 101. There are design differences but enough similarities that unless you have experience with both it's easy to confuse the two.

Olin-Kodensha and Miroku were separate but closely affiliated companies.

OK made the Winchester 101, Winchester 23, Classic Doubles and marketed guns under the brand names Nikko and Golden Eagle among others.

Miroku has never made any over / unders for Winchester. Olin Kondesha was the Japanese supplier for Winchester.

Your right, and I knew better, but was sure I saw Winchester in the text when I typed that. On review Browning was the biggest customer and no Winchester guns from Miroku.

That was the (mistaken) impression I had when I first started looking at o/u shotguns. Finish quality perspective.....did not appear to me that shortcuts were taken.

You fellows are correct,
Sorry about the name mix up, that is what happens
when I read this stuff a 1 or 2 am and the brain is
shut down for the night
