Does Remington warranty cover accuracy? **target pics**

its unfortunate but remingtons quality has realy gone south latley, for the most part they are suposed to be good shooter's but i have seen and herd of recent remington disapointment

I was at the range last night with a dealer who had two TVP's there because they wouldn't shoot. They shot as poorly as mine and the bores on all three seem to look rough in between the riflings. That being said I haven't heard of any problems with the yellow jackets which leaves me to believe that Remington is not machining the stainless barrels correctly or is using poor quality material. In any case I am starting to get p*ssed off. If only I would have heard the name Thompson Centre R-55 before this fiasco began

I have been in contact with remington and they say they they are working hard with the importer ?( Whatever that means ? ) I looked at my Remington account and it has just been updated today as resolved? lets hope it comes down the pike soon.

I get 0.60" groups at 50 Yards. with my 597 yellow jacket using a samd bag rest using LAPUA Club Ammo. Yes its EXPENSIVE but try it, its great.

I think Farlsincharge got one of the duds. I think you should #####
to Remington about a complete replacement, or at the very least,
a replacement barrel as a starter.

I sent mine back to the point of purchase and traded up to a Ruger after getting the run around from Remington. I will never buy another Remington anything. Period.

Did it come with factory scope bases?
My 504 did, and they do not mesh with the action.
JB Weld was suggested.
I contact Remington and they are shipping a new set.

I can't believe they are such hit and miss with regards to quality control .. my TVP shoots right around an inch at 50 yards with Dynapoints and Minimags!

I DID handle a TC Benchmark the other day .. had I seen it first, I would have bought it without hesitation. All I have to say about TC build quality is WOW!
