.303 surplus has been rare on the Canadian market for a number of years. I wouldn't bet on finding any in the near future.

It's out there. You just have to find the guys hoarding it.

Ignore the IVI, it's my Ranger issue ammo.:)

I bought a bunch out of the US about 12 years ago.
If I knew then how much it would jump in cost, and that the US was going to stop allowing personal export, I would have bought a crapload more.

I bought several crates (2 cans of 300 rounds, 600 total per crate) for about 10 cents a round.
Later, Sarco was blowing out a bunch of mixed headstamp/year/manufacturer stuff for US $70 per 1000 !!!! I think I did 2000.
I now wish I bought far more than I could afford. I should off pawned the wifes wedding dress .

303 milsurp

It's out there, ...well it was. I just scored 1137 rounds of .303 Brit South African. I don't know if they have more or not coming in (Milarm Edmonton). I bought all I could see. I'll be at the range for some time with my Brit T Sniper. :):):)

Ive got a crate of that stuff too, Never had a chance to try it yet though

I found some "C.I.A." ammo once. Is that stuff any good?

Century International Arms would be surplus, so it depends on the source (headstamp).

There has to be a way to get the Government to sell some IVI to us poor taxpayers, it could help fund the Ranger program, who could say no to that?

You wouldn't want to pay the price.
