Type 56SHTF

Thank you for the compliments :)

It is a 7.62 x 39, the upper and lower rail are made by UltiMAK . . . pictured with my MK14 SEI Mod 1

I hate Canadians mentioning capacity and saying "too bad you can't shoot it." It's like they are programmed. Why not simply say, "cool gun!" ?
I hate agreeing with Deckard ;)
but here he's right-on: as terrifying as it may sound,
we have turned into a nation of brain-washed sheep,
as few recent threads showed it.

I'm no better than others here, I admit that one
of my first thoughts when seeing the pix, was: "safe queen".

It's a very nice gun, H2O MAN.

Update: 06-13-08

I streamlined the set-up a little by removing the VFG and adding a DC Vortex from SEI.
Also, my Aimpoint Micro T-1 finally arrived :dancingbanana:

Build #2 has begun, I will pick up my Poly Tech AK this afternoon . . .

lol, i thought this was an sks and when i clicked on the banner I noted the selector and the charging handle etc. I was thinking "how in the hell did he change the safety on that thing???"

I could have sworn that a type 56 was an sks..

Now you know there is a Type 56 AK & a Type 56 SKS.

I plan to sight her in as soon as I acquire an Aimpoint Micro T-1.

Thanks !!
I live in the states, the great state of Georgia, USA to be exact - it's all good :D
The drum holds 75 rounds and I have a 100 round drum on the way.

You might wanna put your home state in there next to your user pic. This will avoid confusion and stop all those "nice gun, too bad you can't shoot it" comments.

Great job on the AK BTW. I am quite envious.
