Anyone seen any of these single shot rifles for sale in Canada?

I've been looking for a single shot in 7.62X39 for a while and this looks like a nice rifle for the suggested price....

WSS carries them, handled the 308 version, ok for the money I guess.

They are made by Baikal and can be sold in Canada under the Baikal brand, my buddy has one in 223 and loves it. I think the few Remington branded ones in Canada got through before baikal put up a fight.
There are tons of Baikal Dealers in Canada and they are all listed on the Baikal canada site.

Was it sold as a Remington or Baikal?

In the States they seem to go for around $250-$300
