Hey guys, has any of you guys taken advantage of the rebate that they offered? I missed out on the $50 rebate and 2 magazines.

I was able to get 2 magazines OR $30. I called their customer support and they said they will honor the rebate but Canadian residents will have to pay brokerage and taxes.

Has anybody received their rebates here in Canada? If so, how long did it take?

Mags took about 6 weeks, cost $21 in GST + PST, no "customs or brokerage fees".
$50 cheque took about 10-12 weeks, payable in U.S. dollars.

Current promo, I would take the mags, which has a higher value.
 
I submitted my rebate in early Feb. Got the mags but still waiting on the money, 4.5 months so far. :(

I did get a contact at S&W that can confirm your CDN rebate status
1-800-331-0852 Call Kelly direct x3766 and she can obtain the info from a lady named Patty as she is the CDN specialist.

Don't tell them I sent you or I will never get my rebate :mad:

I would call and ask - it's cheaper than Fedex. If they use Fedex they need a street address. I did get 1 mag set sent to my PO Box via USPS but I can't remember if it had the street address or PO box on it - I live in a small town where you can only get your mail sent to a PO box...
 
I believe ALL of the courier's require an address, NO post office boxes... So go with the USPS or Canada Post...

How did you get them to honour the new rebate? I just received an email from their customer service stating...........

I think most of them are still talking about the OLD rebate (Mags & $$)that they did honour in Canada. The new one was $ OR Mags. The OP asked about the new rebate (after April 30 purchases). Can anyone confirm if they got the NEW rebate?
