Are ammunition imports permitted into Canada?

i have one of those. and i made a bunch of caseings up by cutting down 38 colt auto or 38 super brass to lenth and reloaded useing 9mm dies. useing 380 loading data.

Is it 9mm long or 9mm magnum brass? I have 20,000 rds of primed 9mm mag brass i might part with. (Brand new)
