fall 2007 alberta timberwolf

heres the low down.>>>> late november out hunting for whitetails, i went out to my usual area as the deer action had been strong for the past couple days, i walked into a cut block where i have a ground blind, it was early morning, legal light was just coming got set up in my blind, and not 5 mins after the sun was up out this guy came at the far side of the block about 300 yards away, one shot with the .300 win mag was all that was needed, after he went down i spotted 2 more off in trees behind him, had no shot on the other 2.
 
right now he is the centerpiece in my living room, and will probaly stay that way, and ya he was a very large wolf, biggest i had seen to this date in time.

I have shot several Wolves by the "opportunist" method. Hunting moose or something else, and spotted wolves in the area. Generally, they will be on the run if they are aware you are around, but if you have the advantage, they can be super interesting to watch. I once whacked two that were feeding on a moose carcass frozen into the ice of a big lake. One was pretty well solid black, the other similar to the mount shown here. Regards, Eagleye.
 
i see there is alot of you asking price and who the taxidermist was, the taxidermist is a man by the name of bob wilson, he works out of calgary, the total cost on this mount was $1700 not bad for a lifetime trophy, but you do have to pay for good taxidemy, thanks for all the congrats guys, and yes Canadiandad the kids are terrfied of it, along with my german shepard.
 
HEY I BOUGHT MY NEW REMINGTON 350 IN 17.HMR fireball ,,MAN I HAVE A BLAST KILLING GRIZZLY BEARS, ELK, ANND MOOSE MY DAD KEITH ENJOYS SHOOTING MOOSE WITH HIS 22. SHORT RIFLE, I HAVE A BLAS HUMTING UP HERE IN VANCOUVER

I ALSO HAVE A 204 RUGER THAT I USE 2 SHOOT CAPE BUFFOLO WITH
