Need help selecting a scope

Help, I need a new scope. It will be used for med - long-range plinking and Tactical rifle (sniper). The features that I would like in no particular order are,

A first focal plane reticle ,
Target knobs,
mag adjustment of around 5-25x (but that’s not critical),
Side parallax adjustment,
The eyepiece shouldn't rotate with the mag ring
I would like metric adjustments .5cm if possible.
Illuminated reticle would be nice but not necessary
MP 20 MP8 or P4 style reticle

So with that as a shopping list what is available and what would you recommend?

You basically described the S&B PM-II 5 - 25 X 56 scope..........................;)..........It has the P4 reticle (fine or regular), is FFP, and has an illuminated cross hair reticle and the rest of the features you want................except for the adjustment...................it has 1cm adjustments..........

If you have the cash, you won't be disappointed!!!!!

Skullboy thanks for the answer.

The other 3 scopes that I have found that basically fit what I want are
1. IOR 4-28 x 56 MX-7
Not metric , 40mm main tube
2.Zeiss Diavari V 6-24x56 T
Not FFP
3.US Optic SN-3 5-25X TPAL
Can be configured to exactly want I want If I am willing to pay for it.

So Does anybody here have first hand experience with these scopes good or bad?
 
Repete, I know that the S&B is great what I am looking for are some opinions on the others.

So doesn't any body have a US Optics or a IOR?
