New shotguns, MAG-FED and SHORTIES - NEW PICS

Nah, 20 round Drum would be better. :p

That would kick some serious ass! (hint hint aftermarket toys CanAm) ;)

I wouldn't sweat it - I ordered on day 1, hour 1 as well and haven't seen it yet. No cc charge yet either. The suspense is killing me...

I'm in the same boat, day one early hours, no cc billing, no gun :( got a place cleared out in the vault, and a whack of shells to take it for a spin

My 15" just showed up this morning. My wife must have signed for the package...I guess I have some 'splaining to do :)

Anyone know if the pistol grip was included with the mag fed models? Not that I plan on using one...just noticed it was absent from the box.

Well mine is in!

but thanks to that no good douche bag lazy ass Canada post guy who does the packages at my apartment has a habit of just dropping off the "no answer" tag and leaving WITH OUT calling.

so my grizz MAG is sitting at the postal outlet CLOSED.

I know he does this because he did it to a package of my wifes last week, calling CP in the morning and going LIVID!

What...they don't have a daycare there or somethin!?:D

Nice pics BTW....makes it look kinda spooky, coming out of the shadows like that. How are the ghost ring sights? (I opted to go without on my order).

Should give you idea what it's like. There is 2 extra scope mounting holes under the ghost ring. You can put a rail on it, in case you like tact-cool.

How is the folding stock?
Is it easy to fold and solid when extended?

Can-Am, Any plans to sell the stocks as excessories when you bring in the barrels?

The folding stock is very well made. It has something like"97-1" on it. I talked to CanAm, who told me it is THE stock being used by law enforcement units. It's not like some cheap aftermarket stock.

Sorry not ###y pic for the folding stock. :)

Just FYI:

When I removed the plastic heat shield on my new 15" Grizzly-MAG, it revealed the barrel stamp which says 2 & 3/4 inch chamber. I thought Grizzly-MAGS were 3" chambers, but I guess that's only the pump models.

The Grizzly-MAG magazines appear to accept 3" shells...so there's a chance someone will try feed these through their gun. Not sure if that's a good idea, hence the FYI.

Play safe guys!

Lower:
15" Grizzly-MAG w/ATI stock. OAL came in just over 32". Same should work on the 12.5 without going under 660mm...but I want a knoxx for that.

Upper:
500 Mariner that will probably collect dust :)

When I ordered my standard Grizzly over the phone the gentleman on the other end was very clear that the Mag version is not intended for 3" shells.

Plastic heat shield? hmm, that doesnt sound to good.

I also would like to know the 2 3/4" or 3" issue.

also Congrats on the tacti-toes.

x2 and double that....

A plastic heat shield? Kinda defeats the purpose of a heat shield, you know, conducting the heat and cooling the barrel and all....

The heat shield just needs to keep skin away from the hot barrel...as long as it doesn't melt or crack easily, plastic is probably better then metal!
Lighter and it won't rust.

I ordered two, But I did order in the first hour or so, I guess some one ordered 20 extra ones or something limiting the supply for every one, I was billed for 2 before that restriction came in.

Sight picture pic as requested.

A note when you guys start cleaning them the forestock does NOT LIKE BRAKE CLEANER!, I tested it and it will start dissolve it, carb cleaner is ok
