What is the most tactical/ coolest non-restricted shotgun I can have?

K brah you can have any gun that is more than 26" and that is actually pretty short. I would recommend starting with the Grizzly short barrel because it's only like $300. The new ones come with ghost ring sights (a lot of dudes here put these on for a lot of money and they are very tacticool) and a screwable choke (the older griz that I have is just cylindrical bore... which is technically all that tactical ops teams use but its nice to have chokes incase you want to shoot a crow out of midair... which you prolly will want to at some point). By now, if you get a pistol grip stock you can pretty much apply for swat at any point and get in no problem.
If you want to spend more you can get a semi-auto which would be pretty sweet and very tactical. Hell you can buy some of the guns that you use in Rainbow Six and Call of Duty vid games. But you're talking like $1000+. I got a couple years on you and that's out of my range.

Jamie, What I was trying to say is that I think the post is supposed to be a bit of a joke.

Note the connecting bar from pistol grip to buttstock .. we arent allowed free standing pistol grips.. connected bars and thumbholes are all good tho.. rediculous

Wow, I swear every country has hired the same, brain-dead consultant to set up the gun laws, and all he does to keep things interesting is randomly select a cool feature and ban it....

Nice shotty though! In spite of the funny pistol grip cancellation device-thinger! LOL

Meh, the post wasn't supposed to be a joke. The original confusion about 26" is debunkable because I meant the OAL, not the length of the barrel. Far as I know there isn't a min barrel length in Canada.

Well my references to vid games and joining swat were a meant to be light and fun, the whole post wasn't a joke. A lot of folks here just like to have these army/police type shotguns because they are cool and fun to shoot. Here are some examples of guns from those games you could buy in Canada: Benelli M3, SPAS12, 870, Tavor (assult rifle), Winchester 1200.
