Getting excited for geese and other waterfowl.

I don’t know about anyone around here but my freezer ran out of ducks and geese a while back and sept’ is not far away.
Im starting to get that itch again.

I am wondering if any of you guys are starting to get it as well.

This year im a bit out of luck since they changed the area by laws (cant use shogun anymore )I won’t be able to use the fields that I love so much.

I have my alternative fields but they are a bit of a drive.

Was wondering if I could join someone that knows any nice spots south of Barrie or if someone would be interested in joining me this year for geese hunting north of cobourg.

I was made aware that you could get your migratory bird licence at a canada post office.. Just wondering pishroy, do you know how many geese you're allowed shooting in ontario?

I am as excited as hell !!!!!! Can't wait. Dad is flying up from the rock for two weeks here. Bring it on!!!

Here is my boat I had done a couple of years ago. Dtupid like I sold it. Don't ask for how much, I still get upset.

I can't wait, we really laid a hurtin on them last year and specially since the weather was so warm and it wasn't to good I can't wait till this year! I love my Beretta 3 1/2" wow what a shotgun! lots of times don't even use the 3 1/2 but nice to know you can use it if you need to!
 
My labs are just watchin the truck each time I walk to it. They would just freak out if I walked out to it wearing waders and carrying my Auto 5. Oh well goose season opens on the 01 September duck on the 10th September....

I was looking forward to some bluebill hunting but with all the rain we've had the wild rice is non existent in the Whiteshell this year. Could make for some lean hunting.
