Defective Redding Shellholder

I've just recently purchased 9.3x62 die set and it corresponding shellholder. Shellholder has some defect and cases are very hard to insert. Is there a Redding's dealer in Canada to send defective shellholder to?

I bought some RWS cases and could not insert them into my Lee shellholder, bought RCBS shellholder, same.
Turns out that RWS did not cut the extractor groove deep enough on their cases.
Used a small grinding wheel to open up the shellholder.

Problem solved.

Very good point. I'm having difficulties with S&B brass. I'm going to try RWS.

In my instance self repair is not an option. Shelholder has too thin slot (you slide case in that slot) cut in it. It can not be repaired with dremel since it is impossible to get there with grinding wheel.

Please, don't tell me that that we do not have Redding's rep in Canada.

Just mail it back to Redding with an explanation and they will take care of it for you. Good idea to send a sample case with it. They are very obliging people to deal with.

I have no doubts that they are obliging people but I was just trying to save myself on shipping parts across.
But since we have no rep for Redding in Canada I'll have to have it shipped to the states.

There are several Redding dealers in Canada. Why not return it to the Redding dealer you bought it from?
I warrant all product I sell I am sure that the dealer you bought it from will do the same..
