Need help ! VLTOR mounting

ok guys

mounting my new rails i noticed that the foremost mounting point is loose around the block, the bracket is screwed all the way down, cant go any more, but there is still a 1mm gap or more, with some movement.

can someone help ?

do i just need to shim it ?

a figured since it came on the socomII that a few CGN'ers would have one that they could de-stock and have a look to see how theirs sits

Fenix.NZ, could I suggest, you could sand off the 1mm required from the mounting face to make it fit. No expert, but always work for the army....

make an insert to take up the space and keep the rail stock
