Hi Guy I just challenged and passed the RPAL test and my instructor is mailing
my results to the CFO. They said this takes about four weeks, understandable
So how long does it take to get my licence upgraded after I get the test results back from the CFO providing I mail them right away and how come I keep getting a capital E when I type a question markÉ

All depends. Some get them quick, others take months. Do you have a PAL already and this is just an upgrade? IIRC I got mine in about 32-34 days (that was for PAL and RPAL).

As far as the results coming back from the Ontario CFO, mine took 10 business days (both non-restricted and restricted). A friend of mine got his in 9 business days, while another friend took 3 1/2 weeks. We are all in the Toronto area, so I don't know if it would take longer to get to you in Northern Ontario.
 
Thanks soulcahaser it was an upgrade from PAL to RPAL I just cant stand the waiting game, hope the CFO is in a good mood.
