So I'm just packing for a 12-day backpack trip where every ounce counts yet there always seems to be a couple extra things that I take along that I just can't seem to live without. What things do you take hunting that really could stay at home but do make life a bit more enjoyable despite the extra weight.
For me it's: Man Wipes (aka baby wipes), deodorant, one small package of Hawken's Cheezies, Crystal Lite, and my own tent. Likely adds up to about 5 extra pounds but worth every ounce to me.
Oh ya, and a tape measure.
