Any way that would fit or be modified to fit on a cz858 rifle?

probably cant cos AK and VZ/CZ858 are not interchngeable , not one part .

Haven't tried it yet but the front sight post might just be swappable.

its not but if you copuld find the tap you could drill out and rethread vz58 sight drum to take ak posts, or just make a new one out of some drill rod.
