I know Rodger is very busy. When I was there last, the phone was ringing constantly. Try calling him after 3:00 eastern time at 519-428-3127. If he doesn't answer it the first time, just hang up and wait a few seconds and try again. He is by himself and could just be into something where he needs both hands.

Personally I like the polished flats. No matter what, you'll get a beautiful pistol back.
If you look at the flats on the P7 slide, you will see that they are quite a bit smoother finish than the frame. This will show the same way when completed.

Been scrutinizing the photos on Lunde's website. I've decided I'm not going to polish the flats and will reblue the sights, trigger and grip screws in black. Now I know the turmoil a woman feels when she's shopping for shoes or a dress.....;) :p

Did Rodger give you any idea when you could expect it back?

Rodger told me that when he does hard chroming, he does two pistols at a time. As of yesterday, my pistol is the only one inbound for hard chroming and I will have to wait until another pistol arrives but he's been getting quite a lot of jobs for hard chroming lately so the wait may not be that long. I told him that I wasn't in a rush. Either way, I'm sure I'll get the pistol back as promptly as he is able. Anyone out here want to be the second pistol? ;)

If I had a second one I would definately sign up. My only concern is the collectability aspect. For shooting/everyday use I love it. I like the looks as well. But will I be kicking myself 10 years down the road when the improvement has devalued my pistol? That's the only concern that I have.

Sorry to be negative, it really does look fantastic.

I just sent 2 P7M8's to Rodger. Along with 10 mags and spare parts

I would HATE to have the order split up and wait for both!!!

Don't think he'd split your order. He was very upfront with me about his process. I'm sure your P7M8's would be done at the same time...:)

Epoxy7, not negative at all...very objective and realistic point of view. FWIW, I don't have two PSP's but I do own a P7M8. I hope I never have to sell either of them.
