Tomorrow I'm switching the Norc stock for the one at the bottom. It's a aluminum stock from milarm mated to a Command Arms SRS stock that I had laying around for a future AR build. I'll do up a range report in a couple of days. :)

Lets see some pics of your guys retrofits :D

Well....this MilArm stock is pissing me off. There is 4 screws missing, no instructions, and I'm going to have to get out the dremel tool to make the body fit the reciever as it won't recess deep enough to get the trigger assembly to cam in. Pretty #### poor for the money spent

Yeah I've got a few different projects on the go. I would have liked to have gotten this one finished, but I'll have to put it on the back burner. When it's finally done I'll get some new pics up.

Some of the latest norc receivers are different - compare your receiver to an older one

Sage Clone

My old polytech fit like a glove. But a new norc didnt - I had to file a ridge off both sides of the receiver to make it fit.

I would be willing to bet 45's stock is as good as the Vltor ones and a hell of a lot lighter than the MCS. Best part is it's Canadian made and we will be able to buy them without the USDS interfering.

too funny
that kinda stuff just rolls right off a guy like me hehehe
I will put my new M14SCQB stock up against the Vltor, the Viron or any mcmillan. Maybe once the stock in the pic is dressed with a paint job and the for rail i'll post some les ugly pics.

It's o.kay "B" you don't have to like my stocks, I have a big enuff "fanclub" already.

A Rival ?

Sorry but I would rather buy an MCS for 1000+ than stick my M-14S in .45's abomination.

I have used a 45ACPKING "abomination" - Excellent workmanship - good ergonomics - nice piece of kit !
Someone appears to have a hidden agenda ----
P!SS in someones cornflakes lately Thomas ?

Sorry it seems that I am giving the wrong impression. I am going purely by the photos provided by .45. Sorry but I think an M4 stock with a USGI forend is nasty. Keep in mind I don't have one, but I don't plan on buying one if that's the color and look of the stock, not to mention lack of rails...
