Will we ever see 5.45x39mm ammo or firearms?

Just wondering if we'll see anything chambered for this and cheap ammo?

As far as I know the only rifles that are chambered from the factory in the caliber are prohibs, so the ammo is kinda hard to find up here for that reason.

There are some bolters made. One member back east had/has one.
He sent me a round for my cartridge collection.

Yea it would likely only require a change in barrel but the ammo is not easy to find so I don't think many people would pay the money for the conversion.
