Lookin for some loads 140gr.nosler partitions for a stevens 200 7mm-08. I
just looked thru my books and I cant find any.. so could someone please
share
from the Nosler book......
IMR 4895 start 36 gr.max 40 gr
IMR 4350 start 40.5 max 44.5
Without knowing which powder you're using makes it tough coming up with data.

303, That data does not match with Nosler's latest book with either powder. The newest data shows slightly higher min & max loads.

Alrighty.... IMR 4895 37-41gr expect 2800fps on the top end
RL-15 37.5-41.5 expect 2800fps
Varget 38-42gr expect 2800fps
Ramshot Big Game (highly recommended) 43.5-47.5 and expect 2900fps.
These are all with WLR primers. I would go with RL-15 or Big Game, they are top performers with most rifles I have shot, or seen.
To avoid high pressures, I would stop at these velocities (if you have a Chrony).

Yes, but what really surprises me is that the loads went UP rather than down! LoL

Thanks guys..I have most of the powders everyone has mentioneds. .This load will be for moose but it will be my 12yr. old son shootin. he aint big and I dont figure it will be anywhere more than the 150 yds I;ll allow him to shoot. For back-up I got the rifle...but its the oct1-15 hunt so I reckon I.ll get him a close one.
