A co-worker of mine asked me to help him figure out what a couple of guns he wants to get rid of are worth. I haven't seen them but he says the are in good shape 90-95% or so. Both have irons on them.

The first one is a bolt action CIL 30-30, I don't think its worth much at least not to me:rolleyes: Anybody care to take a stab?

Second is a Mossberg Chuckster .22WMR. Again I have no idea.

He also has a 12ga., Im trying to find out about as well.

Any help would be great.

I recently sold one of the CIL (Savage) 30-30 rifles for $175 in very good condittion, with scope mount and felt that was a fair price.

I'll say! Considering the mount (Weaver) with rings is about $60.
CIL is nothing fancy, but a good rifle. Nice thing with the bolt rifle is that you can shoot spitzer bullets, no worries about bullet to primer in a mag tube.
The Chuckster is about $150-$225 dependent on condition.

Yes, but I found that I had to single load them because the pointed bullets resulted in a round too long for the magazine or else the bullet stuffed way back in to the case.
