Sig 550 rail

Does anyone know if the top rail for a sig 550, will fit a classic green riflle.
They look similiar, but dimensions could be very different.

how does the sig rail compare B&T rail

How does the original sig rail compare to the B&T rail. Is one more desirable and why?

I may be biased, but I prefer the Kyle Precision rail over all of them. It's one solid piece of steel with a lot of nifty little changes that I think make it that much better. It is heavier than an aluminum base, but would likely out last the rifle.
