I called a few weeks ago and they said in a month or two.I hate to keep calling in.Do any of you have any updates ??

Try Armco, he had some in stock and since he's already worked them, you are going to get a better pistol for not much more.

Or try frontier, i just ordered a commander from them and the service was awesome. So was the gun, I'm pretty impressed with my cheapy 1911

Don't wait for the gh... ships...
go buy from Armco or Frontier...
Frontier lists the 1911 and 1911C with two magazines for $359.95, shipping included...that's a much better deal than M......!
and what's even better: it is available...
Forgot to mention Canada Ammo, even better price: $349.00, shipping included as well....

about 4 weeks.....or at least that is what I have been hearing for a year or so now ;)

but like the sks boat, I don't mind waiting because you get to save a few bucks. Like Polaris said, if you need one now, you can get them elswhere for a bit more.

actually it is less...

I have purchased from Armco and found his work/service first class, but i was looking for a bone stock 1911.I wanted something to tinker with this winter.I find it a challange to work on the pistol myself. The norc 1911's i have bought in the past needed work. The first thing i do is a detailed cleaning. Then take it to the range.I find it fun to work out the bugs on my own. Most need the extractor tuned (bent lol) and benifit from a wilson mag.The triggers pulls on the newer norc's are getting better with each shippment. The last couple norc i bought had great factory triggers !I break them in with factory hardball not weak reloads:runaway:

There's nothing wrong with that! Sounds like a good time to me actually. I imagine that getting one already tuned and ready to go would be more appealing for the guys who don't yet have a reliable 1911 or maybe a first pistol.
