I checked their website (prvi partisan ammo) and they do not have any distributors in Canada.

Maybe JR from the Shooting Edge can be interested.(just a suggestion)

Bought some Prvi at William's Arms in Port Perry a couple of weeks ago but that was in 7.62 x 39mm. They probably carry it in .223 as well.
