How many of you guys hunt with guns aquired on CGN.I took 3 animals this year all with guns picked up on CGN

Mule Deer = Sako 270 WSM (Mylesrom)
Whitetail Deer = Sako 270WSM (Mylesrom)
Cow Moose = Rem 700 35 Whelen (Rembo)

Elk, Whitetail(3), Wolf, Moose and two Sheep with the Brno from Rob.
Going on a partner license for a Moose this year using a Husqvarna I got from Rob too.
Was out today with an old Remington 8 for Whitetail I got from My86HD.
Next year if I get drawn I will take my Savage 40 in 250-3000 for Muley that I bought from 9.3

It's gonna take a lifetime to hunt with all these!

Yep, Hunted with and shot game with: a 308 Norma purchased on here, a 35 Whelen, a Ruger 77 - 6mm Remington, and am planning on shooting a couple of deer with my 7-08AI later this fall. Regards, Eagleye.

Guilty. Other than 3 older family keepsake guns I do not own any of my original firearms. Got a locker full all from CGN and I'm not done yet. Thanks folks. Everything other than the handguns will be travelling in the NS woods this year.

I have a Mossberg 500 that I have used for turkey, ducks & geese. I acquired it from a helpful gent on the CGN EE forum. Also a Win94 in 30-30 that I have been using to try & get a black bear.

My moose rifle, a stainless Ruger MKII .35 Whelen and my deer rifle a stainless Remington 700 Mountain in a Ti Stock .260 Rem have both been built by Rembo. Both have been "field tested"

So far I've shot a cape buffalo, wildebeast, 2 impala and 2 elephant with the CZ 550 .416 Rigby I got from Pickles. It has a magazine spring in it from Demonical. I also shot a crocodile and impala with a Remington custom shop .375 and Zeiss Diavari scope from Gorki. Practice loads came out of keg of surplus powder from Eagle-eye. Some geese and ducks felt the hammer of the 10 gauge O/U Armsport from AB_Gunner.

I have a question, I picked up a SKS on the EE recently but i've had conflicting reports on whether or not this is a decent rifle to hunt deer with due to sketchy accuracy and light range....I usually hunt with a Remmy 12ga with slugs so is this a step up or back?

all my current rifles were bought new except for my 8mm Mag, which was bought from a local hick who doesnt know what the intraweb is

You bought that from me, and I ain't local to you.:D I won't deny the rest though;)

The last few animals I shot were caribou last winter and 3 wolves this fall, all taken with a model 700 300 ultra that I bought on here, a buddy has also taken a couple of moose with it. Last fall my rifle deer fell to a 25/06 AI that I bought on here as well.

Do Canadians use the 45-70? Just curious. I would think that with the large game, and Bears up there--combined with your heavily wooded terrain--that it would be one of the most popular cartridges. Marlin 1895 anyone?

Only bought one gun on CGN. Remington 700 in 204 Ruger. It will hopefully be guilty of killing a few coyotes this winter and a few gophers in the summer.

EDIT: Happy 200th post for me.
