PHANTOM PRO WIRELESS vs foxpro digital caller which one?

I'm thinkin bout buying one of these calls. The wireless remote is what sells one of them for me, instead of varmint als elcheapo.
Just curious if anyones owned both or either and your opinions on both.

The foxpro is easily 100 plus bucks more ?????????

I have a foxpro FX3. Awesome caller, batteries last forever and the sounds are top notch. The only thing The phantom has on my foxpro is that it can play two sounds simantanously.

I like the foxpro because you can hold more sounds on it and switching them is pretty easy, I have a cd with over 100 foxpro sounds that I can upload any time. Although my fx3 holds 32 sounds which does me fine for the most part.
 
I own a foxpro FX3, its a good caller, but think hand calling is the way to go. Would I buy another FX3? You betcha...

overpriced is ok if thier worth it. are the water proof, ie. laying in the snow.
do they come with the recharge battery pack.

I never mind paying for something if its good quallity and will last for a long time..
