I'm thinking about buying this but I need to know what it is, perhaps
somebody here can help. Also wondering if I can get some more
magazines for it.

If you can't find a name/brand/model #, it is safe to assume that spare parts (and magazines) will be hard to come by...

Looks like one of the philipino rifles imported by Century a few decades ago...

That's exactly what I was thinking about buying the rifle and trying to get
more mags but I don't think it's imported from philippines because I have
one old High Standard and it's clearly printed it's made in philippines.

I don't know what it is , but I kind of like it. Looks fairly solid, good placement of the safety and mag release. The stock needs some refinishing but should work well in the bags if the rifle is accurate. For the right price why not. Looks like it could be fun. I just wouldn't spent too much on it. Might not be able to get parts and it might not shoot very well.

I saw one of those years ago - missing its magazine. The lack of markings seemed odd, on a basically well made rifle.

If you sold it, how did the reg.cert process go? :)

It looks like an early model CZ with heavy stock.

It's registered with cfc as "unknown" .... lol....
model sporter ....

the rcmp was giggling when I told her .....
well the gun is SOLD ..... lol..... before I get to play with it ....

Well some say it's made by KDF Germany which has the same action.
It's a family of A Voere Model 2005 Auto rifle. 1986.

Ripped off from "thefirearmsforum."

According to the Blue Book:

"KDF rifles were manufactured by Voere (until 1987) in Vohrenbach, W. Germany."

"Older KDF rifles were private labeled by Voere and marked KDF. Since Voere was absorbed by Mauser-Werke in 1987, model designations changed."

Also according to the Blue Book, the Model 2005 was imported in 1986 only.

If Mauser continued to make this rifle, perhaps they might be a source of parts.....or perhaps you could try KDF in Seguin, TX.

Upon further inspection of this rifle, I believe it to be of European decent. The barrel is 50cm long, the receiver and mag well are one piece of some kind of white metal. The trigger housing is also made of this white metal. The receiver is bedded at two points, and the barrel is free floated. The barrel has eight groove rifling with a very nice concave crown, very similar to my Krico. The reciever's dovetail is flat topped, and 13mm wide. I'm not sure what kind of wood the stock is, I think it's birch, but I'm no expert. The rifle is very comfortable to shoulder, and the trigger is two staged similar to my beretta. I believe the white metal was black at one time, but it has oxidized to a dark green. I put twenty rounds thru it testing for function only, worked perfectly. I will scope it in the near future and check it for accuracy. There are no identifying marks on it anywhere other than the single digit serial number and the letters KC.
